Production
Made respecting its traditional manufacture. Masonry ovens are used in the process, cooking the agave for more than 40 hours with steam. The grinding is carried out by struder and the yeast is extracted from the agave itself. This expression belongs to a special reserve made by the expert Master Distiller of Tequila La Cofradia.
